**Job Description** **Overview:** The packer is the operator who masters the boxing, decartoning, and piggyback processes. He/she is responsible for separating, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, packing, and other activities involving the various components of surgical trays, as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receiving the necessary components to assemble the requested kit * Comply with applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Leave storage locations organized and clean * Participate in activities and programs required by the company * Contribute to personal and company safety * Compliance with good manufacturing practices **Required Knowledge:** * 1 year of experience in the medical industry (preferred) or similar * Experience working in the boxing area * Experience working in the decartoning area * Knowledge of the Piggyback process **Skills:** * Ability to follow operational instructions assigned by supervisor * Dynamic * Disciplined * Ability to work under pressure **Education:** High school diploma.
