Major company is seeking: Construction Supervisor **Minimum Experience:** 3 years in a similar position in Residential Construction, mandatory. **Objective:** Ensure that every project and/or home is built according to the work plan, within the established timeframe, using assigned resources and required quality to satisfy the customer. **Requirements:** * Professional title and license mandatory * Gender: Indistinct * Advanced Excel proficiency (100%) * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Age: 28 to 45 years old * Experience: 3 years in similar positions **Responsibilities:** * Execute work according to executive project and contract * Execute work according to schedule * Request, supply, receive, and safeguard materials * Manage labor force * Report progress for approval * Release phases/sections for subcontractor installations * Safeguard the site during construction (security, cleanliness) * Verify compliance with execution according to project, quality, and progress vs. schedule * Coordinate scope across elements (civil works, subcontractors, procurement, warehouse, after-sales) * Schedule concrete pours and subcontractors * Daily and weekly follow-up on schedule activities * Release and validate progress for contractor payments **Knowledge and Skills:** * Customer-focused attitude * Negotiation, attention to detail, organized * Dynamic, multitasking (task management) * Ability to work under pressure, strong sense of responsibility and urgency **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Excellent work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Training programs Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $20,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Desirable) Experience: * Personnel supervision: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: On-site position
