Responsibilities: As a Technical Support specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the operation of services, applications, and equipment. Skills: * User support * Hardware and software support * Inventory management * Basic Active Directory knowledge * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment * Office 365 administration * Biometric device configuration * Backup management (access control) * Access point (AP) configuration Essential Requirements: * Basic networking knowledge * Knowledge of printer configuration and support * Service-oriented attitude and flexible availability * Experience diagnosing and resolving issues with office and call center equipment * Basic knowledge of Asterisk-based VoIP telephony (Vicidial, Issabel) * 1–2 years of experience preferred in this field Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM or 12 PM–9 PM * Salary: $10,000–$12,000 (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00–$12,000.00 per month Experience: * Technical support: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: On-site
