




Job Summary: We are seeking BDC Executives to serve customers, schedule service appointments, provide information, and conduct follow-ups to evaluate satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Support in customer retention and loyalty strategies **JOIN THE NISSAN ALAMEDA TEAM!** **WE ARE LOOKING FOR: \*BDC EXECUTIVES\*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Communications * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, call centers, telemarketing, or related fields * Flexible availability for work hours * Valid driver’s license (DRIVING SKILL IS MANDATORY) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Answer customer calls and messages to schedule service appointments * Follow up on scheduled appointments and confirm attendance * Provide information regarding maintenance, promotions, and available services * Enter and update/clean customer data in the system * Conduct post-service follow-up to evaluate customer satisfaction * Support customer retention and loyalty strategies **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Commission structure * Statutory benefits * Savings fund **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and 3:30 PM–7:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:30 AM–2:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,615\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Application Question(s): * Do you hold a valid driver’s license? * Can you drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles?
