Position Summary: BDC Coordinator for an automotive dealership, responsible for managing and optimizing the tracking of digital and telephone prospects to generate qualified appointments and support sales closure. Collaborate with the sales and marketing manager Autolasa, a leading automotive dealership, is seeking your talent as a: **BDC Coordinator** Responsible for managing and optimizing the tracking of prospects from digital and telephone channels, ensuring prompt and effective engagement to generate qualified appointments and support sales closure. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the BDC team. * Manage and track leads from digital platforms, social media, and the company website. * Ensure timely contact with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, or CRM. * Generate and confirm appointments for the sales team. * Monitor key performance indicators such as: * Lead response time * Lead-to-appointment conversion rate * Appointment attendance rate * Sales conversion rate * Train the team on customer service scripts, follow-up procedures, and objection handling. * Maintain up-to-date CRM records and customer databases. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing manager to improve prospect generation. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in BDC, call centers, digital sales, or customer service. * Team leadership experience (preferred). * Knowledge of CRM systems, lead management, and customer tracking. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Organizational ability, leadership, and results orientation. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
