Position: Diesel Workshop Supervisor **WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR** * Completed degree (Bachelor's or Engineering) * Age: 25 years and older **Minimum 2 years of experience in:** * Supervising diesel and gas 5th wheel workshop units * Repairs on heavy-duty units, Cummins and Detroit engines, and associated equipment (dump trucks, refrigerated trailers, dry vans, flatbeds, food-grade tankers) * Identifying faults or anomalies in vehicle bodies and equipment functionality * Tracking service orders, receiving, and delivering units * Coordinating roadside rescues * Knowledge of equipment with hydraulic systems * Managing maintenance crew personnel by shift * Availability to work rotating shifts Job type: Full-time Salary: $21,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
