**Gender:** Indistinct. **Age:** 18 years and older **Marital Status:** Indistinct **Education:** Primary, Secondary or Technical Degree **Experience:** 1 year **JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** Blueprint interpretation, Measuring Instruments, Operation of CNC Machining Centers **JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Produces machined parts through programming, creation and operation of computer numerical control (CNC), * Follows work orders, engineering drawings, materials, specifications, diagrams, reference drawings, surface locations, and machining parameters, interpreting dimensions and geometric tolerances. * Programs machining centers by entering instructions, including zero points and reference points, tool registration and offsets. * Verifies setup measurements, first-run parts and sample workpieces. * Maintains product specifications by measuring parts and monitoring the process. * Maintains operational safety by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. * Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, * Ensures continuity between work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs. * Documents production and quality record forms. * Detects faults in the process and machinery.
