We strive to provide you with the best option to acquire one of our vehicles. The vast majority of our units are purchased with a 25% down payment, and we offer terms of up to 60 months. * Restrictions apply (the newer the unit, the longer the repayment term). 3.- Do you accept trade-ins? Yes, we accept vehicles as trade-ins upon prior appraisal—if they are located in the cities of Comarca Lagunera, Durango, Dgo, or Saltillo, Coahuila—where we can conduct the appraisal at one of our agencies. If you contact us from another city, we request detailed videos and photographs of the vehicle, along with the original invoice(s) (in case it has been re-invoiced more than once); based on this, we provide a tentative offer. Once the vehicle is in our possession, we verify that it is indeed in optimal condition and honor the offer. Should the vehicle present any undisclosed or previously unconsidered issues, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the offer. 4.- How can I purchase one of your vehicles if I am located in another city? We will send you detailed videos and photographs of the vehicle, as requested by you, so you can verify its good condition. You may also arrange for an inspection/diagnostic at an agency or trusted workshop (intermediary) of your choice—we handle coordination, but the associated cost is borne by the customer. Likewise, you may send someone to inspect the vehicle on your behalf. 5.- Do you provide the original invoice upon purchasing a vehicle from you? The vehicles we sell are re-invoiced by Automall S.A. de C.V. If the vehicle originates from an individual, the original invoice remains with us, and we provide you with a copy of the original invoice. If the vehicle originates from a legal entity, the original invoice remains with the legal entity, and we retain a copy thereof. 6.- Occasionally, we do not list all available units; therefore, if you are searching for a specific unit, please contact us—we handle all automobile brands.
