




Position Summary: Warehouse professional responsible for managing materials, inventories, tools, and maintenance support, ensuring operational order and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Manages materials, inventories, and operational tools efficiently. 2. Maintains warehouse order, cleanliness, and optimization. 3. Collaborates on maintenance and ensures resource availability. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Issue and record material, tool, and equipment withdrawals. * Receive materials, verifying quantities, conditions, and documentation. * Validate withdrawal authorizations. * Maintain up-to-date records (physical and/or digital). * Conduct cyclic and general inventories. * Monitor stock levels and inventory quantities. * Identify and report discrepancies. * Ensure proper classification and storage of materials. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and signage. * Optimize storage space and material arrangement. * Facilitate item location. * Administer tool loans and returns. * Inspect physical condition of tools. * Report damages, losses, or replacement needs. * Inspect delivery vans (general conditions). * Report malfunctions or incidents. * Verify GPS status and functionality. * Support maintenance activities. * Supply materials for operational tasks. * Collaborate with other departments as required. * Organize and archive documents (receipts, withdrawals, inventories). * Maintain information readily available for audits. * Prepare basic reports. **Competencies and Skills:** * Organization * Attention to detail * Responsibility * Teamwork * Effective communication * Proactivity * Results-oriented mindset * Order and discipline * Honesty and integrity * Adaptability **Education:** High school diploma, technical degree, bachelor’s degree, or industrial engineering degree—or related field. **Experience:** 1–2 years in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control; experience handling operational tools and materials (preferred). **Knowledge:** * Inventory control * Basic warehouse management * Use of tools and equipment * Basic computer skills (Excel, Microsip, Gmail, GPS system, printer) * Document control.
