MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 4–6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or operational coordination. * Prior experience in tracking and managing complex incidents. * Experience coordinating teams or performing senior-level functions within operations is highly desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Problem-solving profile, organized, capable of prioritization and possessing operational vision. EDUCATION * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Administration, or related field. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Direct management of transportation operations and monitoring. * Support and assistance to internal and external customers (email/telephone, etc.). * Coordination with carriers, logistics operators, and warehouses. * Inventory control at external warehouses and validation of adjustments. * Logistics documentation management: transportation documents, appointments, etc. * Management of logistics incidents (delays, shortages, damages), including root-cause analysis and follow-up until resolution. * Monitoring of operational KPIs and preparation of reports. * Support in the team’s daily organization and prioritization of workloads. * Identification of operational risks and anticipation of potential impacts on service. * Acting as the team’s operational reference point.
