Responsibilities * Perform **guest check-in and check-out**. * Provide **customer service and guidance** during guests’ stay. * Manage **telephone and online reservations**. * Prepare **electronic invoicing (CFDI)** when required. * Operate **bank terminal and cash collections**. * Manage **cash drawer and shift closing procedures**. * Provide information on **hotel services, rates, and promotions**. * Route requests or complaints to the appropriate departments. * Coordinate with **housekeeping and maintenance** regarding room status. Requirements * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in **Tourism, Administration, or Hospitality**. * Minimum **1 year of experience in front desk, customer service, or similar role**. * Knowledge of **electronic invoicing**. * Basic computer and **Microsoft Office suite** skills. * Excellent appearance and service-oriented attitude.
