Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in construction project management, on-site quality control, and supervision of engineering and finishing execution. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in engineering coordination and efficiency identification. 2. Proficiency in traditional and innovative construction methods. 3. On-site quality control and quality file management. * **Education:** Civil Engineering, Architecture * **Experience:** 4 to 8 years in roles such as engineering designer or site administrator. **Required Technical Experience:** * Engineering coordination and efficiency identification. * Proficiency in traditional and innovative construction methods. * Experience in mass housing and vertical building projects. * Development of item catalogs. * Management of *As-Built* drawings and updating of the execution project. * On-site Quality Control * Verify that work is executed in accordance with: drawings, specifications, and technical standards. * Conduct **field inspections** during execution. * Validate **control points and release points** prior to proceeding with activities. * Supervise proper execution of foundations, structures, masonry, installations, and finishes. * Manage all project quality documentation, inspection reports, checklists, work releases, laboratory reports, and maintain the **project quality file**. **Technological Tools:** * Microsoft Excel. * AutoCAD. * Microsoft Project.
