We are seeking a: Civil Construction Technical Coordinator **Position Objective** Support the General Site Resident in execution, technical control, and operational coordination on site, ensuring that work proceeds in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedule, and contractual conditions. Ensure that site information (quantities, evidence, and reports) is accurate, reliable, and traceable, contributing to physical progress control, validation of completed work, and adherence to short-term planning. **Key Responsibilities:** * Technical Supervision on Site * Short-Term Planning (Six Week Look Ahead) * Coordination with Contractors * Site Surveys and Quantity Takeoffs * Progress Control * Photographic Reports and Evidence * Sketch Preparation * Quality Control (Operational Level) * On-Site Document Control **Required Experience** * 3 to 5 years in civil construction supervision or coordination. * Experience in vertical or horizontal construction, urban development, industrial projects, public works, or private projects. * Experience managing contractors and field personnel. * Experience in steel and concrete structures. **Provided Work Equipment:** * Laptop computer * Mobile phone Gross salary: $36,000 per month (monthly payroll) Salary: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone Work location: On-site employment
