Job Description: MAIN OBJECTIVE Procurement of raw materials and project management. KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE* Industrial Engineering or related field, with experience in project management. * Project Management. * New Product Launches. * Materials Management. ACTIVITIES* Transfer of production lines (machinery, equipment, tooling, fixtures, etc.). * Coordination and leadership of work teams supporting the projects. * Ongoing communication with counterparts and work teams at the plant and in other countries. * Ability to prepare presentations and report project progress. * Advanced management and assurance of materials through systems, contact, and follow\-up. * Strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, proactive attitude, and problem escalation. * Knowledge of Oracle, MS Project, Power BI, and desirable advanced Excel skills. * Advanced English. Experience managing administrative personnel. * Focus on continuous improvement. Process documentation and adherence to the Quality System.
