Your Key Responsibilities * **Leadership and Mentorship:**Manage, train, and develop the infrastructure team (3 direct reports), ensuring proper process documentation. * **Network Management (Hands\-On):**Own the network architecture (Routers, Switches, VLANs, Firewalls), from design to advanced support. * **Service Assurance:**Ensure maximum availability of critical infrastructure, including networks, perimeter security, and VOIP telephony. * **Technological Evolution:**Proactively research, propose, and implement new technologies (AI, Cloud, etc.) to optimize operations. The Ideal Profile (The "Leader\-Guardian") * **Technical Experience (4\+ years):**Full\-stack infrastructure administrator (Networks, Security, VOIP). * **Leadership Experience (Essential):**Minimum 1\-2 years managing technical staff, with proven focus on courteous treatment, mentorship, and "service spirit". * **Owner's Mindset:**Complete proactivity in optimization and 24/7 availability to protect critical operations. * **Education:**Degree in Computer Engineering or related field (Graduated). * **Language:**Intermediate technical English.
