




*This position is from the job board Talenteca.com* ### **Job opening for the company Capital Humano Laguna in Centro \- Torreón, Coahuila de Zaragoza** **Requirements** -------------- * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, International Relations, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 verifiable years in similar roles. * **Language:** English desirable (intermediate or technical level). * **Others:** Valid VISA desirable. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * **Document and Regulatory Management** + Review, validation, and audit of customs entries and attached documentation. + Ensure compliance with customs legislation, Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), general rules, and trade agreements. + Digitization and safekeeping of foreign trade files according to internal and external guidelines. * **Operational Coordination** + Supervision and tracking of goods crossing borders (land and rail customs). + Creation of traffic assignments for chemical product and spare parts tankers. + Coordination with customs agencies and clients to meet pre-clearance requirements. * **Customer Service** + Technical advisory on foreign trade topics and regulatory compliance. + Resolution of incidents related to customs processes, payments, document errors, and operation validation. * **Administrative and Management Support** + Assistance in billing, collections, and generation of administrative reports. + Data entry and management of ERP systems and specialized platforms such as GTOS, SLAM M3, SIGA, and SICA SQL. + Preparation of audit reports, error correction, and missing documentation. * **Participation in Internal Processes** + Collaboration with internal departments in process improvement and procedure definition. + Support in restructuring duties and organizing tasks related to the foreign trade area. **Specific Technical Knowledge** -------------------------------------- * Customs Law, general rules, annexes, and regulations. * Free trade agreements (USMCA/T\-MEC, multilateral and bilateral FTAs). * Taxes on foreign trade and rules of origin. * Customs management and operations systems. * Temporary and permanent import processes. * Good handling of cargo traffic documentation. **Key Skills and Competencies** ------------------------------------ * Excellent appearance and professional demeanor. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Organization, attention to detail, and compliance focus. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Effective verbal and written communication. * Responsibility, proactivity, and work ethics. **Working Conditions** ------------------------- * **Monthly salary:** $14,000 MXN net. * **Work mode:** On-site. * **Additional benefits:** + Initial hiring on honorarium basis or 3-month probation period. + From the third month onward: permanent contract \+ life insurance. + Work schedule Monday to Friday - 08\.00 am to 6:00 pm **Desired education level:** Higher education \- graduated **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Import and Export **Skills:** * Teamwork * Pressure tolerance * Honest *This vacancy comes from the job board Talenteca.com:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=68dd71113f00003f00bd8789\&source\=indeed*
