




**Controller Manager**. Responsible for the effectiveness and productivity of personnel through compliance with defined processes; by coordinating audits in the processes and areas of the Group, identify conflicts and generate solutions. Be in charge of ensuring the corporate strategy defined in the Balanced Scorecard is implemented. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in the position * Advanced Excel skills * Intermediate English (preferable) * Availability to travel * Knowledge: Integrated Systems, Regulations, Auditing, and Balanced Scorecard * Personnel management **General Responsibilities:** * Assist the Executive Committee. * Design audit programs for group companies according to current needs. * Define control policies for company security (legal, commercial, labor, administrative, financial). * Establish process improvements. * Promote proper use of the Balanced Scorecard. * Conduct operational meetings with Managers/Heads of Administration. * Supervise the correct application and improvement of Group procedures. * Identify risks and implement corrective actions. * Prepare audit observation matrices, summaries, or reports. * Monitor the proper execution and updating of audit programs based on current needs. * Visit different business units to identify improvement opportunities. * Supervise administrative functions across different business units. **Competencies:** * Leadership * Communication * Conflict resolution * Organization * Analytical and synthetic thinking **We Offer** * Competitive base salary (mixed) * Statutory benefits Job type: Indefinite term Salary: $1.00 - $2.00 per month Workplace: On-site position
