Mexico.** **WE OFFER:** * Salary of **$10,000\.00 Monthly** (Paid weekly). * Employee discount. * Discounts with TIA at stores and restaurants in AICM and AIFA. * Statutory benefits. * Career growth opportunities. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Daily and weekly planning of activities and processes assigned to each team member. * Supervising the team’s daily work. * Ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly based on purchase requests submitted by sales points for AICM, AIFA, TULUM, CANCÚN, and MÉRIDA. * Preparing and ensuring shipments are dispatched on time and correctly. * Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. * Supervising the labeling and bagging area. * Delivering merchandise to sales points at AIFA and AICM. * Supporting and supervising procurement activities. * Supervising and supporting warehouse inventory management. * Assisting with general warehouse operations. * Verifying and implementing compliance with hygiene and safety standards for personnel and the warehouse. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday through Friday. * 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. **SELECTION PROCESS:** * Initial interview. * Polygraph test. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed high school. * Warehouse experience (Minimum 3 years). * Minimum 1 year in a similar position. * Punctuality is mandatory. * Proactivity. * Honesty. * Responsibility. * Sense of urgency. **REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:** * Signed job application form. * Tax status certificate. * Social Security number. * IMSS rights validity certificate. * CURP. * Birth certificate. * Valid proof of address. * INE (National Electoral Institute ID). * Certificate of no criminal record. * Medical certificate. * Certificate of latest academic degree.
