* **Mandatory** experience in heavy-duty transportation (tractor-trailers, trailers, and tankers). * Industrial Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering, Professional Certification (C.P.), Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. * **Over 3 years in a similar position.** * **Willingness to travel** * Knowledge of materials and spare parts for heavy-duty service vehicles (tractor-trailers, trailers, and tankers). * Experience in calculating maximum and minimum stock levels and reorder points. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:** * **Essential knowledge of heavy-duty service spare parts** (tractor-trailers, trailers, and tankers). * Coordinate and supervise inventory levels of spare parts and supplies required for vehicle maintenance. * Supervise the timely and accurate receipt, inspection, storage, distribution, and recordkeeping of parts, supplies, and services across all warehouses (including remote and local facilities). * Review parts inventory, supervising corresponding records of general warehouse receipts and issuances. * Maintain up-to-date records of warehouse materials and supplies using warehouse performance indicators. * Conduct monthly supervision of departmental management indicators (cyclical inventories, receipt closures, repairs, and services). * Conduct inventories jointly with internal audit—both comprehensive and cyclical. * Perform on-site visits to remote warehouses for internal warehouse audits and related departments. * Design and present visit result reports—clear and comparable—for the Expenditure Management Department and Executive Management. * Coordinate and plan activities for personnel under direct supervision. **WE OFFER:** * Weekly salary payment * Working hours: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM–3:00 PM * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Complimentary uniforms * Financial assistance for: school supplies purchase, newborn children, death of immediate family members, eyeglasses purchase, personal loans, life insurance.
