Proven experience in the position. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Supervise receiving and shipping: Ensure incoming and outgoing goods are accurately recorded and dispatched correctly. \* Manage inventory: Conduct physical inventories and maintain precise stock control, ensuring product traceability. \* Plan distribution: Organize and coordinate internal and external logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently. \* Maintain order and cleanliness: Guarantee the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, complying with regulations. Supervise the team: Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and shifts. Resolve incidents: Respond promptly to resolve issues such as shortages, damages, or order errors. Control processes: Ensure receiving, storage, and order preparation processes are carried out according to established procedures. Act as a liaison with purchasing, sales, and other departments to ensure proper product flow and customer satisfaction.
