Develop coordination mechanisms with internal and external payment channels. **Roles and responsibilities:** * Design and execute the weekly/monthly payment schedule for domestic and foreign suppliers, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Prepare and monitor the entity’s cash flow, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations. * Supervise daily cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet immediate commitments. * Generate financial information for the area in accordance with required standards. * Administer online banking portals, manage security tokens, and maintain operational communication with account executives to resolve incidents or negotiate terms. * Supervise bulk file uploads (e.g., .txt or .csv files) to banking portals for supplier and payroll payments, verifying absence of duplicates. * CFDI (invoice) reconciliation: Verify that each payment request is accompanied by a valid XML file and that it remains active on the SAT portal. * Distribute bank transfer confirmations (deposit slips) to suppliers or the Procurement Department to confirm goods release. * Execute disbursement of travel funds and supervise timely submission of expense documentation to close the payment cycle.
