We are **\#TeamJOI!** We are pioneers of the Dollar Store concept in Mexico, offering an accessible and straightforward shopping experience with products ranging from essentials to innovative items. **POSITION: STORE MANAGER, CDMX** **LOCATION: Downtown Area, Roma Norte, Iztapalapa** **What Will You Do on a Daily Basis?** As Store Manager, you will carry out various activities to ensure the store looks immaculate and is ready to welcome our customers, as well as supervise and guide a team to achieve results. **Your main responsibilities will include:** · Assigning and supervising staff work plans according to established goals. · Providing and promoting excellent customer service by assisting or selling on the sales floor, as well as addressing customer feedback or recommendations. · Processing product payments at checkout counters and performing cash register closings. · Performing and supervising sales floor tasks such as price changes, merchandise arrangement, shelf and product cleaning, and maintenance and cleaning of common areas. · Supervising and carrying out store opening or closing procedures. · Unloading products arriving from the Distribution Center. · Monitoring achievement of store objectives and developing action plans for improvement. · Performing administrative tasks such as receiving suppliers, delivering funds, registering merchandise in the system, and managing and controlling shrinkage. · Performing personnel management tasks such as preparing schedules, reporting payroll incidents, welcoming new hires, training staff, conducting performance evaluations, etc. · Leading by example in compliance with company policies and processes; demonstrating discipline. **What Are We Looking For in You?** At JOI, work is highly dynamic and our daily routine is very active—you’ll always have tasks to perform.
