




**Quality and Regulatory Manager** **Plant located in Durango, Dgo.** **Profile:** · Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or related field · Experience: 4 years verifiable · Experience in perishable food industries · Availability to change residence **Knowledge:** · Knowledge of the **Meat** sector or **Perishable Food** industries. · Development and implementation of quality controls · HACCP system · Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) · Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) · Quality management system **Responsibilities:** · Ensure that procedures, monitoring, and formats comply with applicable Official Standards. · Prepare required TIF documentation packages for export · Handle and follow up on inspections of facilities such as federal inspections and deviations from the TIF system. · Comply with regulatory requirements for export certification authorizations to different countries. · Develop and implement food safety plans (HACCP) for the facility. · Ensure that necessary processes for the quality and food safety management system are established, implemented, and maintained · Verify compliance with GMPs throughout the plant, both at product and production area levels · Establish quality requirements for suppliers when purchasing inputs **We Offer:** · Competitive salary · Statutory benefits · Punctuality bonuses · Attendance bonuses · Savings fund · Grocery vouchers · Additional company benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site
