Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor from the food industry to coordinate activities, supervise staff, and ensure operational quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate daily production to achieve objectives 2. Implement and supervise quality control measures 3. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization **COMBUGAS / AWA \- AIRPORT PLANT** · **WE ARE LOOKING FOR: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** Education: ***· ENGINEERING OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE*** \_ **FOOD CHEMIST, BIOCHEMIST OR RELATED FIELD**\_ · MINIMUM 3 TO 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES * Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet established objectives. * Supervise production personnel, ensuring their proper training and performance. * Monitor the use of materials and equipment, ensuring efficiency and minimizing waste. * Implement and supervise quality control measures at all stages of production. * Monitor compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. * Analyze production indicators and make adjustments to improve productivity. * Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure efficient workflow. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead process optimization initiatives.
