**Job Description:** A retail company specialized in pet stores is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator with proven experience in maintenance, particularly in air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate must possess technical skills, organizational ability, and travel availability to ensure the proper operation of branches. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance in pet stores. * Specialized maintenance of air conditioning systems. * Coordination with external suppliers and contractors. * Preparation of technical reports and incident follow-up. * Planning and control of maintenance programs. * Ensuring efficient operation of facilities and equipment. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in retail. * Knowledge and experience in air conditioning maintenance. * Availability to travel. * Education: Technical degree or related Engineering (desirable). * Organizational and leadership skills. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Monthly gross salary between $20,000 and $25,000 (depending on experience). * Statutory benefits from day one.
