Oversee flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing through actions that enhance profitability and expense control. **Position Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure service quality standards by monitoring flawless execution of team processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business-established metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct branch operational checklists. \- Implement actions to maintain accurate inventory records, product facing and placement, as well as branch order and cleanliness. \- Evaluate personnel under supervision using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school education.
