**Maintenance Technician** **Job Objective:** Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment to guarantee efficient plant operations. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed technical degree and/or experience in a similar position. * Operation of cutting machines, presses, injection machines, spray guns, etc. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity and electronics (preferred). * Use of measuring instruments (multimeter, caliper, ammeter). * Basic computer skills (Office). **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out the weekly preventive maintenance schedule. * Perform corrective maintenance. * Provide immediate support to production areas as required. **Key Activities:** * Perform repairs on cutting machines, presses, injection machines, and assembly equipment. * Efficiently manage tools and spare parts. * Track scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. * Support general plant maintenance activities. * Start compressors at the beginning of each shift. * Collaborate with other technicians on complex repairs. * Assist in repairing and adjusting mechanisms used in the plant. * Comply with Human Resources procedures and policies. * Participate in activities arising from the implementation of **ISO 9001:201**. * Perform all tasks inherent to the position to meet company needs.
