




Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive payroll administration, incident management, tax compliance, and employee support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll administration 2. Incident management and legal compliance 3. Direct employee support * **Payroll Processing:** Calculate earnings and deductions on a weekly or biweekly basis, process payments. * **Incident Management:** Receive and validate employee incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities). * **Legal and Tax Compliance:** Calculate and withhold taxes, employer-employee contributions. * **Final Settlements and Liquidations:** Calculate and process payments for termination of employment. * **Personnel Administration:** Update employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications in the system. * **CFDI Issuance:** Generate, stamp, and send electronic payroll receipts (CFDI) to employees. * **Employee Support:** Address inquiries regarding salaries, food vouchers, and benefits.
