




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to manage and process payroll, provide customer service, and administer government platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance. Administration of government platforms such as IDSE and SUA We invite you to join our team as: **Payroll Assistant** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years’ experience managing payroll for at least 250 employees** * Knowledge of IMSS, LFT, LISR, Fonacot, Infonavit * **Proficiency in IDSE and SUA is mandatory** * Intermediate\-advanced Excel * Contpaq proficiency desirable WE OFFER: * Monthly gross income of $18,000, negotiable based on experience. * Base salary with 100% IMSS contributions * 10% punctuality and attendance bonus * Meal vouchers * Statutory benefits * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday **What would be your primary responsibilities?** * Customer service regarding payroll matters and submission of requested reports. * Resolving inquiries about payments, payroll receipts, and earnings. * Managing clarifications and requests such as employer letters or certificates. * Onboarding new clients into our payroll outsourcing service (system payroll configuration, payroll migrations). * Recording payroll incidents including absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, vacations, disabilities (including IMSS ST\-7 and ST\-2), and maternity/paternity leave. * Administration of government platforms such as IDSE and SUA * Receiving payroll incidents, analyzing them, and entering data into the payroll system. * Processing weekly, biweekly, assimilated fees, and special payrolls (e.g., year-end bonus, PTU, annual bonuses, etc.) for companies across diverse industries. * Calculating severance and liquidation payments. * Managing and analyzing various benefits including cafeteria services, meal vouchers, punctuality and attendance bonuses, commissions, savings funds, etc. (including understanding their integration into salary and taxable portions for ISR) * Generating and maintaining payroll accumulations. * Managing meal voucher disbursement via electronic wallet. * Payroll stamping (timbrado). * Calculating variables for bimonthly SBC. * Submitting affiliation transactions to IMSS and managing IDSE. * Handling Infonavit loan deductions, reconciliations, and downloading notices. * Determining payroll taxes. * Monitoring Fonacot deductions * Annual ISR adjustment Employment Type: Full\-time Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Meal vouchers Application Question(s): * Have you submitted affiliation transactions via the IDSE portal? * What do you verify during a reconciliation to determine employer\-employee contributions? * What is the maximum number of employees you have managed in a single payroll?
