Position Summary: Coordinate the implementation of new production projects, improve operational efficiency, and support technical management for certifications and productive growth within a dietary supplement company. Key Highlights: 1. Lead plant projects and optimization of production processes. 2. Support regulatory certifications and provide operational support to production. 3. Collaborate with various departments in a continuous improvement environment. We are seeking a **Process and Projects Engineer** – NTX Wellness **We are a growing dietary supplement company strengthening our team.** **Position Objective** Coordinate the implementation of new production projects (**equipment, lines, and layout**), improve plant operational efficiency, and support the technical management required for certifications and productive capacity growth. **Main Responsibilities** 1️. Lead plant projects * Implementation of allergen line * Selection, procurement, and installation of pant-leg mixer * Selection, procurement, and installation of rotary powder doser * Relocation of liquid line Activities to be performed: * Development of project schedule * Coordination with production, maintenance, and quality * Monitoring equipment installation * Commissioning and operational testing 2️. Optimization of production processes * Analyze and improve plant efficiency. * Weighing times for raw materials * Balancing of encapsulation / tabletting / powder lines * Reduction of downtime * Analysis of installed capacity * Tools to be used: * Time and motion studies * Line balancing * Capacity analysis * Layout improvement 3️. Support for certifications and regulatory compliance Work alongside Quality in: * Process flow diagrams * Operational risk analysis * Allergen segregation * Process documentation required for FSSC 22000 4️. Operational support to production During the Production Manager’s absence: * Assist in operations supervision * Monitor production order fulfillment * Track productivity indicators **Required Experience** Ideally: * 3–6 years in manufacturing * Experience in a production plant * Supervision of operational staff Desirable industries: * Food * Dietary supplements * Pharmaceutical * Cosmetics * Key technical knowledge Must have experience in: * Line balancing * Time and motion studies * Process improvement * Plant layout * Production indicators Desirable: * GMP / HACCP * FSSC 22000 * Project management * Key competencies The candidate should: * Work effectively with operational staff * Possess strong organizational skills * Be highly structured * Embrace a continuous improvement mindset Performance Indicators (KPIs) 1\.
