




Job Description: The Reliability Engineer's primary duties are to utilize advanced level engineering skills to contribute to the development and qualification of power tool products. The Reliability Engineer is also a critical member of the New Product Development Team reporting to the Sr Reliability Engineer. Throughout a product's development cycle, this position requires strong cross\-functional communication skills and analytical expertise to help launch new and exciting solutions that meet user needs. Requirements:* Bachelor of Eletromechanical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or educational equivalent field. * 3\+ years of experience in new product development processes, emphasizing design. * Advanced knowledge of RCA methods as 8D. Previous relevant experience with Design of Experiments, life data analysis, and other statistical tools and software (i.e. Minitab, ReliaSoft, MonteCarlo). * Experience with test plan development. Advanced experience on mechanical and electronics GD\&T and core tools (Flow Chart, PFMEA, CP, APQP, SPC, MSA) * Collaborate with teams in the U.S. and Asia for technical benchmarking and resolving questions. * Perform statistical analysis (Weibull, reliability distributions, matrices) to interpret test results and generate reports with clear conclusion. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with established timelines and processes.
