**REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineering or related field. * 2 years of experience. * Age: 25 to 45 years old **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:** * **Work 2 weeks, rest 1 week. Transportation provided from Torreón to Durango mine site**. * **Knowledge of mining processes, hauling machinery, and equipment**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Attend mine shift meetings to coordinate and plan shift activities with the client and other contractors. * Verify availability of hauling units with the maintenance department. * Conduct safety instructions and talks at the beginning of each shift. * Complete and assign hauling unit shift cards, work areas, and operators. * Supervise hauling operations (loading, transporting, and unloading materials). * Perform inspections to verify the condition of the ramp and work areas. * Count trips, tons, and materials hauled during each shift.
