




**Job Description:** Job Description: The General Management Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the General Management. This role involves coordinating daily activities, managing communications, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills. Job Responsibilities: * Manage the General Manager’s schedule (meetings, appointments, and travel). * Draft and organize documents, reports, and presentations. * Respond to and follow up on emails, phone calls, and internal and external communications. * Support the coordination of assigned projects and activities. * Organize corporate meetings and events, including logistics and materials. * Maintain updated files and databases. * Collaborate with different departments to ensure proper information flow. * Handle confidential information with complete discretion. * Support projects and events of an external social organization, in coordination with the corresponding committee. * Accompany the General Manager to external events, acting as driver when required. * Support event documentation (photographs). * Provide occasional support for personal matters related to the position. Competencies and Skills: * Positive attitude and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff at all organizational levels. * Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. Experience: 2 years in a similar position.
