




Job Summary: This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of purchasing, warehouse operations, and inventory, ensuring efficient supply flow and accurate stock control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages purchasing, suppliers, warehouse, and inventory. 2. Requires negotiation, organization, and attention to detail. 3. Proficiency in Excel and inventory management software. Purchasing: Obtain quotations, compare prices, prepare purchase orders, and manage suppliers. Warehouse: Receive, inspect, sort, and store materials/goods. Inventory: Conduct physical counts, update inventory records, and maintain area organization. Internal Logistics: Process material requests, prepare orders, and ensure proper supply flow. Requirements and Common Skills: Knowledge: Intermediate Excel, inventory management software, WantRestaurant, purchasing management.
