The ideal coach profile for high school and preparatory levels at RoboGenius includes: **Technical Skills:** * Solid knowledge in robotics, programming, and electronics. * Familiarity with platforms such as Arduino, LEGO Mindstorms, and other educational robotics tools. * Experience building and programming robots. * Ability to teach technical concepts clearly and concisely. **Pedagogical Skills:** * Passion for teaching and working with young people. * Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment. * Effective communication skills and active listening. * Patience and empathy to guide students through their learning process. * Ability to adapt teaching style to individual student needs. **Personal Qualities:** * Creativity and innovation to design projects and challenges that motivate students. * Proactivity and enthusiasm to lead activities and projects. * Responsibility and commitment to student learning and development. * Punctuality and professionalism in work. **Additional Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) fields. * Prior teaching experience or work with youth (preferred). * Availability to work flexible hours. * Commitment to RoboGenius’s values and mission.
