By Crecimiento Constructora Goda We are seeking a Construction Control Resident Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in construction control, with knowledge of unit prices, preparation of generators, integration of estimates, and ERP system management. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. (Completion of a diploma or course in unit prices is desirable.) * Age: 26 to 35 years old * Gender: Indifferent * **Main Responsibilities** * **Prepare and control construction estimates:** Integrate complete estimates with generators, supporting documents, photographs, drawings, and necessary documentation for review and billing. * **Review of extras:** Coordinate with the cost department regarding payments and collections for work falling outside the control and sales budget (PPTO). * **Validate field progress:** Weekly verification of physical progress reported by the resident or superintendent to ensure consistency with the control budget (PPTO). * **ERP data entry:** Keep project information up to date in the ERP system (estimates, progress, material consumption, labor, and machinery). * **Preparation and review of generators:** Create, review, and validate generators by item, line item, or construction phase, ensuring accuracy and consistency with drawings. * **Progress vs. cost comparison:** Biweekly evaluation of the relationship between physical progress and financial progress of the project. * **Control budget (PPTO) monitoring:** Ensure actual costs do not exceed authorized budgets, issuing timely alerts upon deviations.
