**Senior Database Analyst** Inphonity, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, is seeking a Senior Database Analyst / BI to join its team and support strategic decision-making through information analysis. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). * Preparation of executive reports for General Management. * Analysis and development of compensation schemes. * Creation of dashboards and report automation. * Database analysis and generation of insights. * Proposals for improvement of the business model. * Coordination with Finance and Human Resources departments. * Supervision of CRM modules related to BI. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field. * Minimum of **3 years’ experience in a similar position.** * **Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, Power Query, macros)** * **Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python.** * Experience in **dashboards and automation.** * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.** * Strong verbal communication skills and analytical thinking. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on skills and aptitudes * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development * Continuous training Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $15,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
