




**Position Purpose** Design and implement strategies that strengthen the organizational culture based on well-being, holistic health, and human growth. The objective is to develop internal talent, improve sales team productivity, and promote a harmonious work environment aligned with the company's values. **Main Responsibilities** * **Organizational Development and Culture** * Foster a culture of well-being, human service, and ecological awareness among employees. * Implement programs that reinforce company values (health, respect, honesty, empathy). * Design internal communication strategies that motivate and unify different branches. * **Talent Management** * Identify training needs in stores, warehouses, and administrative offices. * Design career paths and growth plans for sales promoters, supervisors, and administrative staff. * Implement performance evaluations, feedback, and individual improvement plans. * **Training and Development** * Coordinate workshops on customer service, conscious selling, natural health products, and positive leadership. * Ensure each employee understands and embodies the brand philosophy. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on sales and work environment. * **Change Management and Continuous Improvement** * Lead cultural change, expansion, or process modernization projects. * Implement continuous improvement methodologies in store operations. * Promote employee participation and innovative ideas. * **Work Environment and Well-being** * Develop recognition, integration, and employee motivation programs. * Monitor compliance with well-being, safety, and occupational health policies. * Conduct organizational climate assessments and execute action plans. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
