Complete medical supplies and equipment for performing duties. **Plant / Industrial Physician (Temporary Shift)** **Location:** Las Américas Industrial Park (Torreón Industrial Zone) **Contract Type:** Temporary **Job Summary** We are seeking a committed Physician to cover a **temporary shift** at our facilities in Torreón. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring employees’ health, providing emergency care, and preventing risks within the industrial environment. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (Possession of **Professional Title and License** is mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in clinical or emergency care. * **Availability:** To cover a temporary shift. **Preferred Profile** * **Occupational Medicine Knowledge:** Experience or training in the industrial sector (STPS regulations, completion of ST\-7, ST\-2 forms, etc.). * Proactive approach to preventing occupational diseases and workplace accidents. **Main Responsibilities** * **Medical Care:** Outpatient consultations for employees and immediate response to medical and trauma-related emergencies. * **Industrial Management:** Supervision of occupational health protocols and compliance with safety and hygiene measures. * **Health Administration:** Management of clinical records, medication logs, and reporting of incidents to Human Resources / Safety departments. * **Medical Examinations:** Conducting periodic and pre-employment examinations as required by the project. **Desired Skills** * Ability to respond effectively under pressure. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Preventive and preventive-corrective mindset. **We Offer** * Payment per shift or stipulated period (competitive). * Specialized work environment in the industrial sector. * Complete medical supplies and equipment for performing duties. * Training.
