Direct exposure to plant operations EHS Specialist (Environment, Health and Safety) Location: Torreón, Coahuila Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. What will you achieve in this role? You will be key to operational safety, directly participating in risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within a dynamic industrial environment. Here you don’t come to support you come to impact the real safety of a plant Responsibilities Conduct plant walkthroughs to identify risks and prevent incidents. Ensure compliance with STPS regulations, NOMs, and Civil Protection standards. Participate in incident investigations and follow-up on corrective actions. Coordinate and support trainings, inductions, and safety culture initiatives. Monitor proper use of PPE by personnel and contractors. Participate in drills, emergency brigades, and emergency response plans. Manage EHS reports, indicators, and documentation. Support environmental control, waste management, and plant housekeeping. What we seek in you Industrial, Environmental, or Safety Engineering degree, or related field. Experience (or internships) in industrial safety / EHS. Basic knowledge of STPS regulations, NOMs, and Civil Protection. Genuine interest in developing your EHS career within a plant environment.
