Ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of the technological infrastructure by administering cloud platforms, communication systems, data centers, and computing equipment.

**IT/SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR**
Position Objective: Ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of the organization’s technological infrastructure and IT services through administration of cloud platforms, communication systems, data centers, and institutional computing equipment.
Academic Qualifications: Telecommunications Engineer, Network Administration or Computer Engineering graduate, Systems Engineer, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Main Responsibilities
* **Network and Telecommunications Management:** Configures and administers corporate connectivity (LAN, WAN, VPN), managing traffic via routers, switches, and firewalls.
* **Server Administration:** Monitors and maintains physical and virtual servers, operating systems, and Active Directory services.
* **Cloud Infrastructure and Data Center:** Deploys and operates cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure) and data centers, ensuring scalability and resilience.
* **Information Security:** Implements access control policies, vulnerability audits, and backup management to prevent data loss.
* **Advanced Technical Support:** Resolves complex incidents and escalates critical issues.
* **Vendor Management:** Negotiates service-level agreements (SLAs) and manages third-party contracts.
Minimum Required Experience: 5 years
Willingness to travel to Saltillo
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
