Results-oriented and problem-solving LEADING MARKET RESEARCH AND BUSINESS CONSULTING FIRM SEEKING: FIELD INTERVIEWER SUPERVISOR Job Objective: Coordinate and supervise the field interviewer team, ensuring proper survey administration and attainment of established objectives. Main Responsibilities: * Transport the interviewer team to various neighborhoods in Torreón, Gómez Palacio, and Lerdo. * Supervise the correct administration and quality of surveys conducted. * Monitor field staff performance. * Resolve incidents and support daily operations. * Ensure achievement of set targets and deadlines. Required Profile: * Organized and responsible individual. * Experience managing personnel. * Leadership and ease in decision-making. * Results-oriented and problem-solving. * Honesty and commitment. * Enthusiasm for 100% field-based work. Mandatory Requirements: * Personal vehicle. * Valid third-party liability insurance. * Valid driver's license. * Availability to travel within the region. Compensation Structure: **Variable salary**, based on the number of surveys completed and validated by the team. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Contract Duration: 1 month Salary: $300\.00 \- $600\.00 per day Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service License/Certification: * Federal Class A Driver’s License (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
