We are looking for a responsible Systems Engineer who contributes to achieving organizational objectives by ensuring proper management of the company’s equipment and information systems, and carrying out necessary actions to comply with established company policies and procedures. Responsibilities: * Maintain the company’s computer equipment in optimal condition. * Ensure company information is handled in accordance with established policies. * Monitor implementation of established procedures to ensure correct operational execution. * Achieve company-defined objectives. Functions: * Train staff on the ERP system implemented for company operations. * Supervise correct data entry into the ERP system. * Perform necessary maintenance on the ERP system to ensure proper functionality. * Supervise appropriate usage of company equipment and equipment related to the department. * Conduct periodic maintenance on all company equipment. * Install, configure, administer, and maintain computer equipment (workstations, mobile phones, printers, scanners, notebooks, tablets, telephones, etc.); resolve hardware and software technical issues. * Design and implement security systems and redundant backup systems to ensure data security. * Support system, hardware, and software updates, as well as continuous improvement thereof. * Coordinate with vendors or companies for procurement of software and hardware, as well as tools required for maintaining various services within the department.
