**QUALITY ENGINEER**
Ensure product reliability and consistency through process standardization, control, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, document, and standardize production processes.
* Develop work instructions, flowcharts, and control plans.
* Implement process control and monitoring systems (SPC, KPIs, audits).
* Identify deviations and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
* Apply quality tools (FMEA, risk analysis, poka-yoke).
* Analyze quality data (scrap, rework, PPM) for continuous improvement.
* Lead root cause analysis and track action plans.
* Train operational staff on processes and quality criteria.
* Validate processes and products during startups, changes, and releases.
* Authorize product release or halt processes due to quality risks.
* Ensure traceability and compliance with customer specifications.
* Collaborate with Production and Engineering to strengthen processes.
**Requirements**
* Industrial Engineering, IMA, or related degree (graduated or intern).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in quality or process roles.
* Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis).
* Knowledge of measuring instruments (calipers, etc.).
* Availability to rotate shifts.
* Process-oriented mindset with focus on analysis and continuous improvement.
