Job Description: Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering. Knowledge/Experience/Skills: * Management of new manufacturing processes * Basic reading and comprehension of manufacturing and assembly drawings * Mechanical design (SolidWorks, NX, etc.) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron) * Collection of engineering data (cycle time, line balancing, etc.) * Project follow-up for continuous improvement (material flow, space and time optimization, process balancing on production lines) * Core tools (PFMEA, Work Instructions, Flowcharts, Layout) * English proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced Responsibilities: * Provide service-oriented support to various departments and areas * Generate quotation requests for manufacturing projects * Implement improvements to existing machine systems and ensure proper documentation * Supplier management * Participate in root cause analysis and contribute short-, medium-, and long-term corrective actions
