**Assists** in the entire operation and maintenance of the temple's physical facilities and **operates, maintains, and repairs** mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and equipment assigned by the temple facilities administrator. **Responsibilities** **:** * Ensures that all heating and air conditioning computerized equipment and controls operate at maximum efficiency * Services complex water treatment equipment for boilers and culinary water systems, cooling tower systems, and laundry equipment * Maintains the baptismal font water filtration and purification system * Maintains the electrical system, including high-voltage industrial three-phase wiring; motor control systems; and maintenance and repair of lighting systems, including 110, 277 volt and 24 volt three-way lighting systems * Cleans, maintains, and repairs electronic systems, including the temple's computerized recording system; adjusts and repairs TV terminals, printers, all cable lines, and power supplies * Services and adjusts all projection audio and communication systems * Makes necessary modifications to any mechanical or electrical system within the temple as required * Participates in preparing the annual facilities budgeting process, time card submissions, and FMAT project administration **Requirements:** * Degree in Electromechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * 2 years of experience in physical plant operations and specialized trades: electricity, electronics, plumbing, welding, carpentry, painting, general construction, blueprint reading, mechanics, and floor coverings * Warehouse organization and inventory management skills, and computer equipment handling * Ability to lift up to 23 kg * English B2 **We Offer:** * $25,339.00 to $26,606 (gross monthly, depending on experience) * Full-time * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Minor Medical Expense Insurance * Life Insurance * Benefits above legal requirements
