




Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, calibrations, machinery installation, and departmental management in Torreón. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages preventive and corrective maintenance activities and calibration programs. 2. Supervises safety, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel on-site. 3. Participates in equipment procurement/modification and vendor management. We are seeking qualified personnel to fill the position of MAINTENANCE MANAGER. Education: **Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering**, or related field. **Proven experience in the electrical-mechanical field.** **Willingness to work overtime.** **Plant located in Torreón.** The role involves performing corrective-preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, execution and monitoring of work plans, machinery installation (mechanical and electrical), vendor management for maintenance services, installation, and spare parts. Proficiency in computer use, basic Microsoft Office software, and hand tools (e.g., drills, cutting discs, lubricants, etc.) is required. The candidate must manage the maintenance department (documentation, report preparation, etc.). Flexibility regarding working hours and overtime is required. **Responsibilities:** Execution of preventive maintenance. Execution of corrective maintenance. Planning and execution of the master maintenance program. Planning and execution of the instrument calibration program. Supervising and verifying safety and housekeeping on-site. Compiling monthly maintenance statistics. Installing machinery (mechanical and electrical). Participating in equipment procurement and/or modification. Managing vendors for maintenance, installation, and spare parts. Monitoring the Food Safety Management System. Glass control. Supervising maintenance work performed by subordinates. Participating directly in maintenance activities within the plant.
