We are seeking a responsible, organized, and logistics-experienced **Warehouse Manager** to lead warehouse operations, ensure inventory control, and efficiently coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods. This position requires **relocation to the city where the warehouse is located (within the state of Campeche)**; the company provides a **complimentary apartment** for this purpose. **Responsibilities** * Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of products. * Coordinate warehouse staff and ensure adherence to established procedures. * Verify inventories, product arrangement, and labeling. * Record incoming and outgoing goods in the system. * Manage incidents, shrinkage, and reporting. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse. **Requirements** * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role. * Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and personnel management. * Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management software. * Willingness to **relocate to another city** (company-provided apartment). * Leadership skills, accountability, and results-oriented mindset. * Familiarity with agrochemicals (preferred). * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
