Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor with manufacturing experience to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and staff supervision in a corrugated cardboard company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages efficient operations in the production area. 2. Supervises operational staff and ensures product quality. 3. Controls waste and coordinates equipment maintenance. IMPORTANT CORRUGATED CARDBOARD COMPANY REQUIRES: **"PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR"** **Education Level:** BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR ENGINEERING DEGREE **Industry:** CORRUGATED CARDBOARD MANUFACTURING **Experience:** 2 YEARS AS PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR IN MANUFACTURING **Responsibilities:** Execute the production schedule previously provided by the Production Manager; post the daily machine-specific production schedule on bulletin boards. In the Production Manager’s absence, deliver the cutting schedule to the Warehouse department. Ensure all orders comply with specifications and guidelines outlined in the order sheet. Ensure operators correctly execute production planning. Report machine startup, including the order being cut. Supervise the guillotine cutting and rewinding processes, as well as tasks performed by the Guillotine and Rewinder Operators. Maintain a tracking record to ensure labeling personnel pass all pallets containing sheeted material through the sheet counter. Control waste to achieve targets. Ensure operators under supervision correctly feed the Vorne system. Manage and administer efficient operations in the production area and its processes; supervise all operational staff. Supervise that finished products meet customer-required tolerances and specifications. Review inventory of recovered pallets. Correctly request the quantity and dimensions of required pallets, prioritizing the number of recovered pallets and ensuring the carpentry area remains orderly with pedestrian walkways clear. Request supplies from the Warehouse, such as strapping, polystretch, staples, wood, etc. Monitor execution of the equipment and machinery maintenance schedule in coordination with the operator. SALARY Salary: $18,000 – $21,000 STATUTORY BENEFITS Work schedule: Monday to Saturday FLEXIBLE SHIFT ROTATION REQUIRED Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Contract Salary: $18,000.00 – $21,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
