**Inventory Manager** **Position Objective:** Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability in inventory audits through proper planning, execution, and supervision of processes. Detect deviations, propose improvement actions, and ensure correct information management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and execute the annual audit and cyclic inventory plan. * Supervise department personnel and validate compliance with policies and procedures. * Review and adjust product inbound and outbound transactions. * Identify and analyze discrepancies, shortages, substitutions, and defects. * Ensure correct product coding, labeling, and packaging. * Coordinate monthly reconciliation with accounting reports. * Maintain and update inventory control policies and procedures. * Collaborate with the IT department to ensure data integrity. * Train staff on inventory audit processes. * Prepare executive reports with results and action plans. * Coordinate return, destruction, or donation processes for unsuitable products. * Promote continuous improvement in inventory control and audit processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse auditing. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Leadership skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Standard and additional benefits. * Job stability and opportunities for growth. * Excellent work environment.
